It’s a new month so that means the spending ban has been lifted. Yay! Here are a few things that have been on my radar and I’m hoping to purchase this month.
When it comes to Christmas I’m still a kid at heart and I insist on having an advent calendar every year. But an advent calendar for beauty products? Shut up and take my money! This one from Benefit contains sample sizes of their bestsellers. Everything from Benetint to BADgal lash mascara to It’s Potent. This will be a great way to test a whole bunch of Benefit products.
I’ve been looking to replace the BareMineral Mineral Veil with a different finishing powder that’s more translucent and less cakey. I’ve heard great things about the Make Up Forever one and really would like to try it out.
I’ve been researching different concealers to cover my dark circles and blemishes but haven’t taken the plunge yet to purchase anything because there are just so many great products out there. I’ve heard good reviews of the Benefit Boi-ing and Erase Paste. This set includes these two bestsellers and then some. It has been around for a few years but I only recently discovered it and it seems like it’s in the process of getting retired. I think it would be a great set to try out different options and find what works best for me without breaking the bank so I better scoop it up before it’s gone.
This blush and face powder is just so pretty. I’ve read different reviews about it and the color looks stunning. This is definitely a product I’d like to add to my ever-expanding blush collection.
Even though I’ve been taking better care of my skin I’m still fighting blackheads on my cheeks. The Pore Reform line of Murad is formulated specifically for blackhead-prone skin. Since I’m running out of my current cleanser I’m planning on replacing it with this one. Plus, it smells of pomegranate. Yummy!
I’m running low on my current split end treatment, the Redken Extreme Anti-Snap, and while I’m not unhappy with it I would like to try this one by Pureology which is a brand I really like.
This is another product I hope will help to get rid of blackheads. It’s a two step treatment consisting of an exfoliating mask and a pore-sealing serum. It gets really good reviews so I’m looking forward to trying it out.
I got small sample of this BB cream at BeautyBrands a few months back and then again with my last Ulta order and I really liked it. It may be a bit late in the season but I got a slight tan this summer and my Jouer Matte Moisture Tint is just a tad too light for my current skin shade. I was thinking of getting the Smashbox BB cream as an alternative.
